RETURNS

You may return a product that you have purchased if the product is faulty, or different to how it was described or shown. If an item arrives faulty, you must inform us immediately. Once you have done so, we will advise as to how to return the product. Once the item is received & assessed, you will be offered a refund/store credit/replacement item.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can issue a store credit if the item is returned to us within 14 days. The item must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, tag/label attached & receipt enclosed. Shipping cost are non-refundable and return shipping fees are your responsibility. We highly recommend using a trackable service, as we will not be held responsible for items lost in the post on return to us.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We take the utmost care when packaging your goods safely. Please check your items as soon as you receive them. Should your courier delivered item arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. Should your package arrive visibly damaged or open, please ensure you notify the carrier prior to accepting the delivery.

PRIVACY/SECURITY

GARDEA COLLECTIVE assures all their customers that their right to privacy will be protected. Any personal details will not be disclosed, sold or rented to any individual or entity. All information in which GARDEA COLLECTIVE holds, is used for the sole purpose to process orders correctly. GARDEA COLLECTIVE does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card/account details are processed securely through PayPal.
